Here’s what Good Nearby collects and why.
Site activity
We count page loads and actions such as saves, directions, and restaurant detail clicks. These are aggregate counts, not a count of identified people or confirmed restaurant visits. We do not add advertising trackers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these analytics.
Your tips
Restaurant details, photos, and optional contact information are stored for review. Photos are private while in the review inbox. We may use submitted material to publish a special after review. Your email is not published. Contributor credit is optional.
Email list
Signing up separately adds your email and neighborhood preference to the newsletter launch list. Delivery is not connected yet. Every future issue will include an unsubscribe link. We do not sell the list.
On your device
Saved restaurants stay in your browser. Accounts are not required to browse, submit tips, or join the newsletter.
Abuse prevention
We use temporary hashed network identifiers to limit excessive submissions. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
